The ChloridosTM Advance is one of the highest specification chlorine dioxide dosing equipment available. Not only does it generate and dose chlorine dioxide into the water system it, constantly monitors the amount of chlorine dioxide and will stop further dosing if readings are high or boost dosing if readings are low.

Ideal for large water systems such as hospitals and large hotels or large process systems such as food processing or large cooling towers it is capable of dosing water flows up to 100m3 per hour. Dosing levels can be controlled proportionally via a water meter or via constant monitoring on a recirculating tank system.

Utilising 1% or 5% stabilised chlorine dioxide and activator it can generate, dependant on model, up to 600g of chlorine dioxide per hour, enough to dose 0.5 ppm of ClO2 in to a water flow of up to 100m3 per hour.

Utilising German dosing pump and analyser technology for reliability there is a choice of either analogue or digital pumps. With a selection of 2 pump sizes (2 x analogue and 2 x digital) the system can be sized to suit any application and it is possible to ensure future proofing of the system in the case of increased chlorine dioxide demand.

Chloridos

Fully integratable into building management systems or the T-Mac remote monitoring system gives monitoring and logging functionality and increased control. These functions can be fitted either at the time of installation but can be easily retro-fitted as and when additional needs are presented.

All ChloridosTM Advance systems are supplied fully wet/pressure tested to 6 Bar (ClO2 reaction vessels 15 Bar), completed operational diagnostic checks, unique ID serial numbers and full documentation.
